I want to welcome you to our “Centre of Excellence.” It is my sincere pleasure to work with our dedicated staff and community to help provide an excellent educational experience for our students. We are committed to ensuring that your scholar receives the best support to learn and grow.

Our school’s mission states, “A partnership of students, parents, the community and a dynamic team of educators) is to equip students with the skills that promote personal integrity, compassion and academic excellence in a child-centred nurturing environment, through the provision of world-class educational opportunities.” Red Bay Primary School endeavours to ensure that each child who enters our school is equipped with the skills needed to become valuable and contributing citizens to our beloved Islands.

At Red Bay Primary School, all aspects of our educational processes are carefully designed to cultivate and stimulate the intellectual, social, and personal development of this institution’s most important stakeholders: our students. We are passionate about creating a ‘learning’ institution that is dynamic and constantly seeking excellence to meet the present and future needs while promoting our core values of Integrity, Compassion and Excellence in our scholars. As a centre of excellence, we are committed to the complete development of our scholars; this includes academic knowledge, social skills, intellectual curiosity, Physical endurance and a special emphasis on self-discovery. We have a diverse group of students and teachers who possess a global perspective. We invest wisely in our human resources for the professional development of our staff, and they see themselves as part of the worldwide educational community.

We promote tolerance, mutual respect, compassion and integrity. Our commitment is to mould children to be open to thinking globally and be prepared for life anywhere in the world. We believe that self-discipline is more sustainable than imposed discipline; hence, there is no authoritarianism in our school. In our scheme of things, we promote high achievement standards and provide space for our scholars to flourish.

As the chief instructional leader for this noble institution, I am delighted to be part of this journey, to share in the nurturing of our future generation, and to ensure that through a partnership with our valued stakeholders, our school continues to remain the school of choice.
