  • principal's welcome

    Dear SJACPS Family,

I am thrilled to welcome you all to another exciting school year at Sir John A. Cumber Primary School! As your Principal, I am honored to lead such an outstanding community of learners and educators.

Here at SJACPS, we are committed to providing the best education possible to each and every student. As Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. once said, “Intelligence plus character – that is the true goal of education.” With this in mind, we will work together to ensure that our students, not only excel academically, but also develop the character and values that will serve them throughout their lives.

I am deeply passionate about education and have dedicated my entire career to this field. I bring a wealth of experience to this role, having previously taught at Prospect Primary School and George Town Primary School, and worked in various roles within the Ministry of Education. I am also currently pursuing my Ph.D. in Education at Walden University.

My top priority as Principal is to ensure that every single child at SJACPS has access to a fair and high-quality education. I am committed to working collaboratively with our staff, parents, and community partners to provide the support and services necessary for our students to reach their full potential. I am confident that, together, we can help our young learners achieve great things.

Thank you for entrusting your child’s education with us. I look forward to a successful and rewarding school year as we continue to AIM HIGH!

    Best regards,

    Mrs. Wright
