    Dr. O’Neil Duncan comes with a wealth of experience in Education and Educational Leadership. Dr. Duncan assumed the role of principal of the East End Primary School in August 2022. Since then he has been steadily working to push the school to the next level. Dr. Duncan has over 20 years’ experience in the field of education and has taught and/or administered in 4 high schools and 6 colleges/universities. His field of expertise is in Educational Leadership and Computer Technology. Dr. Duncan has authored 4 textbooks that are used all over the Caribbean to prepare students at the CSEC and Advanced Level examinations. Dr. Duncan hopes to operationalize the school improvement plan for the school through:
    • Improving the teaching and learning capacity of the teachers
    • Focusing on curriculum, instruction and assessment
    • Introducing an Early Years facility for the East End community
